The author was inspired to write this after working with a unique CEO at a multinational company. He was different. He had energy, excitement and was willing to take risks. In Corporate Entrepreneur, we explore how thinking “small” can lead to big results. A breakthrough comes in the story when the leader realizes that sharing as much as possible about the health of the company and being vulnerable will lead to employees caring more and taking a personal interest in the company’s future.
