Leadership in Concert

As a musician, the author felt this was a meaningful message. A symphony orchestra has a maestro, but he or she is only one person. the entire orchestra plays critical roles, and, without them, the music is over. A great leader, or maestro, does more than wave their arms. They bring out the very best in their performers and keeps them in sync. And when it’s time for a new maestro, the baton must be passed.
