I See a Silo

This parable is an ode to Corporate America and how divisions between people within a company can bring it to its knees. In this installment, a father is demotivated and disillusioned at his company, and as he tries to explain his frustrations to his young daughter, they go on a journey to Corporate America. They spot silos with the help of special glasses (in our original version of I See a Silo!, we included 3D glasses that revealed the silos). And through it all, the father realizes he must help tear down the silos for all involved.
